What We Do

Ramsell Pharmacy Solutions is one of three healthcare service subsidiaries within the Ramsell family of companies. Harnessing the expertise of the licensed pharmacists within Ramsell, the company provides clinical services to the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) Company, Ramsell Public Health Rx; and provides retail pharmacy services thru the company's independently owned pharmacy, The Apothecary.

The Ramsell Holding Corporation has a unique corporate structure that consists of three healthcare companies, and a nonprofit foundation, all focused on serving underserved populations and improving the lives of the most fragile among us.

	Ramsell Public Health Rx is a pharmacy benefit management (PBM) with over 30 years of experience contracting with and managing public health programs.
	Ramsell Technologies is a healthcare technology solutions provider dedicated to helping customers create Collaborative Communities of Care.
	Ramsell Pharmacy Solutions harnesses the expertise of licensed pharmacists to provide product distribution, clinical and pharmacy services.

In order to institutionalize the founder's commitment to giving back, Ramsell Holding Corporation has developed a unique structure that ties the capabilities of the for Profit subsidiaries of Ramsell Information Technology, Ramsell Pharmacy Solutions and Ramsell Public Health Rx to the needs and requirements of its not for profit heart, the Flowers Heritage Foundation.

Each subsidiary is obligated by its charter to provide the Flowers Heritage Foundation anything it needs to provide the programs it supports for free. In this manner, Flowers Heritage Foundation can do something no other nonprofit can do! 100% of all monies raised go directly to benefit program. Nothing is consumed for Flowers Heritage Foundation's ongoing costs or infrastructure.

Further, Ramsell is unique in its commitment to serve the underserved and the most fragile among us and is one of the only organizations that limit its margin in our core offerings to assure that we do not prey on the populations we serve. Ramsell has created this structure as the epitome of a Public Private partnership approach to ensure that long after the founder and his children are gone, Ramsell and its' employees will still be living the ideals established by its founder to serve the underserved and to take care of the most fragile among us.
